Emergency 4 display problem (Steam version)

Recommended Posts

Can you upload your dxdiag and logfile.txt files so we can diagnose the issue a little better?

To get the dxdiag file:

1. Press Windows key+R to bring up the Run dialog2. Type "dxdiag" (without quotes) into the "Open" box and hit enter3. In the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window that pops up, click the button on the bottom right that says "Save All Information"4. Save the "DxDiag.txt" file somewhere (like your desktop)

The "logfile.txt" file should be in the Emergency 4 directory (or something close to this):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\911firstresponders\
