My edits to the doors (axis) is not saving in the editor... what's going on?

I have edited the lights, colors, and doors. I've placed the doors in the vehicles and they save successfully. However, the way the doors open is not saving. The front passenger doors open upwards and not the correct way. Every time I go into the Editor and make changes on the axis (z, -80, person, revolving), I exit and the changes always reset - not saving.

EDIT: Found the answer by using the Search.

Once you make your edit, press enter. Then click Okay when you're done with all edits.
