foffler Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 I've been saying for a while that I'll create a configuration utility for Emergency 4,but I think I can finally make it!The creator of the Winterburg Configurator gave me some code for editing the XML files!I finally understand how they work! I'm working on a UI prototype as we speak.The features will include:Downloading and installing the LA Mod and the latest updatesIt will have a button for translation (English and German)Installing sub-mods (Basically, until a bit later, the Additional Units Sub-mod!)Installing the custom free play for Emergency 4Changing load-time backgrounds for Emergency 4 or the LA ModCustomising Traffic and Pedestrian TrafficEnabling and disabling events (and customising them)This program is designed ONLY for Emergency 4 and 911 First Responders. Deluxe May be supported, but I cannot test it.This came before Loveheims one, but I am willing to assist him (i.e give him features). I'd like to change how much traffic/pedestrians their are along with changing events. Would their be a feature to change it's frequency?
