Reskinning Hoppah's Ambulance

Hey Guys,

I would like to reskin Hoppah's current Ambulance,

To This one,

I really only have to change the front if the Ambulance.

So what tools would I need to be able to reskin & then Import it into the LA mod & EM4.

Unless Hoppahs ambulance is ungodly unique and is UV mapped with the headlights on the body, I'd say a new front clip for the model because they are two different shaped front ends.
