This is generally a useless question(not trying to flame, just lack better wording), because pretty much 90%, if not more, games and apps from Win XP and Win Vista will work on 7. You may need to alter the config file.You dont need to repurchase the game. If you bought a digital copy you should be able to redownload and install, but the DRM can be a pain at times.
