Hello everyone , I'm semi new here and i dont understand alot of the modding , esp the editor . I was just wondering how to load the LA freeplay map on the editor ? Also is there a step by step tutorial on how to use the editor? thank you in advance ALSO - Should there be 5 FreePlay Parameters files? . I went in Program Files /Wizard works/911 FR / Data / Specs and i seen 5 different freeplay parameters files .

FP Parameters Endless XML, sizes 3KB , 3KB (both different) 58KB , 40KB , 25KB . Is this normal or what? Please Help THX

Hi,

go to Modifications - LAMod - Map - Load map - Maps - the lower one entitled freeplay.e4m <-- This is for the map with objects, etc.

For the texture only, go to Edit - Terrain - Floor - Load Texture - Maps - the lower one. Hope it helps :)

There is a tutorial for the EM3 editor, but it's basically the exact same so it should work for both. It is normal to have so many files; I myself am not sure exactly which to edit and my forays into it never work even if I do use the right one.
