Hello, I've been planning this mod for awhile now but have kept it under wraps. Well I've started and I've decided to let you all know, mainly because I need permission from Hoppah for a few things. HOPPAH: I'd like to use your Crown Vic Model, and your unmarked car, my town has an unmarked unit and it looks just like your model & skin. I also need the model for the Illinois State Police. Until all permissions are obtained this mod will be FOR MY USE ONLY. I do plan on releasing it though if permissions are obtained. Here is one picture of the complete Police Cars, all cars are finished. I will be making 2-3 Illinois Swat Vehicles with crew and a helicopter. That will finish up the police area of the game. I'll then do EMS, followed by the Fire Dept and last Casey's City Trucks (THW) ALL POLICE CARS CASEY CAR COUNTY STATE

I recently went to play the game and it crashed after clicking on it, ive never had this problem before, played the game fine in the past but recently this is the problem.... I get a error, saying the following Em3.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. here is my logfile data: Init Filesystem... First all hello and great site. Im looking to make skins or have someone make skins for me if I provide pcitures. im looking to have my county Miami-Dade fire/rescue and police colors. Is there anyone that can help me and what would you need. I also work for a city police dept and can get pictures of our vehicles and fire dept also.

TRUCKS AND BLUE COPS. I have downloaded the German patch retail (v1.03) but I can't install the patch please help me

Hi. Having trouble with my Emergency 3 game. It wont do anything. start, repair or uninstall... it comes up with Installshield ® Launcher has encountered a problem. I have done all my checks with Reg clean and taken advice from the Installshield forum etc, but it wont correct itself. I have been told there is a folder missing; The Setup folder has disappeared. A friend sent it me via instant messaging and was empty. SetUp.exe is missing. How can I get hold of the missing folder and the other missing set up bits ? Thanks in advance, Lewy.

When i install patch 1.03 for emergency 3 it deletes the files Em3, vBase71.dll, em3.cgf, vision71.dll and it doesn't install the mod installer. can you please help me to install mods !

Hi , I am trying to reskin a normal car from the game. , to turn it into a police cvr and transform the text because its is showing up as if you are looking at it from a mirror ( the car isone in the original package.) Whan I'll try to reskin (using Zmodeler) U choose the polygons i need and when i make generate new map. i am having problems with the ones i havent choosen here i hava a pic to explain The green arrow shows the part i Need to reskin The Blue Arrow show the part that is coming interrupted help is appriciated , Thanks alot Darren

Hi, can someone help me with m13. i evacuate most ppl from the station and have my units ready. get lots of injured to hospital-but it always says mission failed-too many casualties. What am i doing wrong? is it because i cant multitask so well or im not so fast? all ppl cut out of train cars just too many other ppl to take care of so i dont get to some ppl in time. i use rescue dog to track down ppl and i rescue all ppl under debris. also fire in donut shop doesnt want to go out no matter how many units i have- have given it 3 water tenders and 4 firemen with hoses- it just doesnt go out

hi, i have some questions about the editor. im pretty sure how to get people up on top of buildings. you just set the building to walkable, right? also, HOW do you create your own textures for the editor?

Could someone help!! I recently installed the Emergency 3 Patch 3 for the English Version of the Emergency 3 but after it had installed and I went back in to the Emergency 3 Directory the Modification Editor has gone. Is there anyway I can get the Editor Back?

When i try to start emergency 3 it comes up with a box saying that theres an error with em3.exe and that it has to close. It used to work untill i had to reboot my pc and then it stopped. When i first got the game it had the same error message so i kept installing it untill it worked on the 12th time (no idea why ). Please tell me if there is anything i can do to get it working again as i am desperate to play it but the error happens with most of my pc games (that worked before the reboot) and i am going nuts not being able to play them or new ones i buy. PLEASE!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!

Hello, I bought the downloadable version of E3 from StrategyFirsts online shop, have installed it fine, game plays fine, but when I try to run the ModInstaller it says "Emergency 3 is not properly installed. Please reinstall." I've already tried reinstalling but it didnt appear to help, any tips?

Hi , I have just been working on a New unit suitable for the L.A. Mod v2.5 in Emergency 3 This Is the L.A. County Lifegaurd. I used one of Hoppah's units and lightbar.. and 1 of sniper's lightbar ( ALL WITH PERMISSION ) ( thanks hoppah & sniper ) and I edited the rest myself... i have also made the persons required. Installation guides are in the read me. I hope you like it ... I'll try to improve it and in future time make it also available for the emergency 4 version. Hello, I am not sure what this error is, em3 has caused a error in Vision71.dll but a friend of mine says that he gets this error when he trys to play his emergency 3 game, he has what it takes to run this game, but he dont have any internet...sucks to be him.... anyways he asked me to ask around in here and see if anyone can help him....

I have just begun testing my west midlands mod and in freeplay when i call in any police i can move it but after 3 seconds the game crashes back to desktop for no apparent reason i have checked all the specs and nothing is wrong if any one wants to have a look at the mod then just ask thank you in advance

I wanted to update my video drivers (it's an ATI Mobility RADEON X700) and I found an update for it on the ATI site (see here). But it says its a Catalyst Display driver, is that the same as a normal video card driver? And if it is the same: do I need to put it in a specific folder once I've downloaded it (and if yes, which one)? I know it's probably a simple question but I just wan't to be sure, I've never done this before. Thanx, Thijs

Is there a way to turn off the emergency lights on vehicles besides the obvious sent to base command? So you can still use the vehicles but not have there lights on?

So I have EM3 the US downloaded version from d2d. Along with the mod install problem it didn't come with an editor. Stan's advice was add ~editor in front of the em3.exe file... that worked to an extent. Well I added that command and from what little I could tell it started to load the editor but before in finished loading it has some error and then gives the ~editor em3.exe needs to close message. I can't tell what it says or what it is or isn't loading because it goes way to fast and closes before I can do anything. any help?
