I'm gonna need somebody to give me a walkthrough the mission, because every strategy that i come up with fails. 1st problem i had was the person kept dying when i tried picking her up because a train came as soon as i picked her up. 2nd problem, now i just let the train run her over and then pick her up, i did that, and now i'm getting 'Too many casulties' :/ *sorry for my bad grammar, i'm extremely tired and frustrated.*

Is it possible to mod the demo version of Emergency 4. I've been searching, but it's hard since it doesn't come with the mod installer.

I want to start off simple with the first mission of my mod, but I need to know the following: -How do I set these as my mission requirements? >Arrest two gangsters >Collect an item (a video camera) as evidence >Tow a stolen vehicle wreck to base >Take away the injured -How do I change the dialouge of a person? -How do I change the description of a mission? I've already figured out how to set them to gangsters, injured, etc. I know it's alot, but any help is appreciated. The manual was not at all helpful in showing me what to do. Thank you!

I downloaded Emergency 3 and the LA mod, and want to play LA mod 2.5, but when i click to download the LA MOD, it states "windows cannot complete extraction. The destination file could no be created". Can someone out there tell me how to fix this?? Thank you. -
I just realized that there are rifles that the terrorists/perps can use. How would i get the police to use it as an assualt rifle. Like in Hoppahs LA mod but his was an MP5 i beleive.

In the LA mod for em3 (not sure for 4) if you go where you can edit the doors and stuff ( in the editor) there is i beleive a part that says air port police body or wheel not sure which one though. But when u view it it looks nothing like a crown vic, it looks like it would make a very nice, cool looking slicktop. BAD NEWS! i tried this but it came up with only part of it in the game. So mainly if anyone is good at modeling and file eidting ( better than i am) give it a shot, it may be worth a try.

When i try install Emergency 3 LA mod, computer say, that: "You dont have install Emergency 3. Install it, and try again." But i am already install Em3! Can someone help me?

Help! I have proplem in mission 6. Mission six was, i must rescue bunjee jumpers and spec. But how i can stop a train? I know where is that singal box but engineer cant go there a car. Why?

Yes i know vista >.< but i tried what was said in running it while enabiling the admin thing, and i was also running it in the previous os. (XP, SP2) i got it to start up but now it wont, the window will come up blank then will crash without any message. any advice? thanks ~pyro GAH! crap sorry i thought i had clicked on em4 help, if a mod could move this for me it would be very appreciated XD sorry again >.<

Ok I have decided to make a mod that has most if not all Federal units. If i can i may try to incorperate some UK Govnerment agencies but i will need some info on that. Oh and this will ONLY be a vehicle and people mod.

I am trying to install Emergency 3 from the Emergency gold disc. Everytime I try i get this error: D:/em3/data3.cab Data error (cyclic redundency check) I tried with the separate em3 discs i originally bought but the same error happened. Please help

Hello, I've been planning this mod for awhile now but have kept it under wraps. Well I've started and I've decided to let you all know, mainly because I need permission from Hoppah for a few things. HOPPAH: I'd like to use your Crown Vic Model, and your unmarked car, my town has an unmarked unit and it looks just like your model & skin. I also need the model for the Illinois State Police. Until all permissions are obtained this mod will be FOR MY USE ONLY. I do plan on releasing it though if permissions are obtained. Here is one picture of the complete Police Cars, all cars are finished. I will be making 2-3 Illinois Swat Vehicles with crew and a helicopter. That will finish up the police area of the game. I'll then do EMS, followed by the Fire Dept and last Casey's City Trucks (THW) ALL POLICE CARS CASEY CAR COUNTY STATE

Hi, I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but has anyone thought about modding the police cars, so they can divert traffic. So there is a small LCD screen in the boot window telling traffic the road is closed? That way you could use a police car to send traffic of a motorway etc

Hello, I am new to the forum and new to the modding experience in this game. I intend to do a full model modification from the ground up, but I want to make the map first, not just use the default map I want to make my own map from the ground up, but I have alotta questions to help guide me in the right direction. Is there a way to Extract the IMAGE file used for the default freeplay map into a .TGA so I can borrow some of it's textures that are good as they are or as guides to enhance them to make my own? I have gotten how to make your own from the ground up, but that could take months trying to build the network and all that especially considering I have no clue what the Default Freeplay map size was (the help file only tells you the min and max). My objective is NOT the same as the LA mod (great mod btw) it is just alil too fluffed with goodies which imo are redundant. I mean no disrespect when I say this, I just would like to make my own mod that is similar to the original game making resource management a required aspect of freeplay missions as the original was, and when I get around to building the car models I am going to try to make them look as good as I can without overburdening a PC if ya have too many deployed across the map. High Poly models on Missions is fine, but in freeplay with the multitasking and all the other things it has to load I wanna stay close to the original game's parameters but with new models. My first concept is to head towards a North America Generic Mod. Any Warnings or issues I should avoid to make sure that I don't overkill the mod would be appreciated since I don't know this games limitations. I wanna try to make some new features like actual ROADBLOCKS to divert traffic, instead of having your cops have to stand EXACTLY the right way (which is frustrating). I have alot of ideas of what I wanna go for and since I am a modeler I can make the new models as required for my mod, I just need some help in knowing what kinds of things E3 Definately cannot do so I don't waste too much time making things that will never be able to function due to game limitations. Also if the guy who made the LA mod could give me a hand in understanding how to set up new commands for Vehicles and Units I'd appreciate it because I am a novice with this game and really can use all the help I can get to hit the ground running and hopefully make a nice modification that has a multitude of units and people to work with that are all unique in their own way. I will probrably try to make every unit serve it's own purpose, and appearance wise look the part so to speak. But first I need to work on a Freeplay map (Missions may complete the pack after I figure out the freeplay aspect) Thank you for your time in reading this, and any advice anyone has I'd appreciate it. Bear in mind I am trying to stay close to the original game's concept in resource management, so I am not trying to go overkill. So most of the advice I'd appreciate is towards how to set things up to keep the game running happy in freeplay, perhaps if I do missions down the line I will make "enhanced" units and vehicles specially for those missions that are alittle more beefy and complicated.

hi all, i am starting to learn how to model and have the basics. (finally!) however, to make models for my mods i need to have pictures. i think it was chevyrulzs2010 who had posted a pic of zmodler in which it had pics in the background(of the view screens) and was using those to model. i am going to get my zmodler2 registered very soon, so can any1 help me? also, there is an option to create lights in zmodler2; does this mean actual lights to use in a game or is it better to model a lightbar and add lights in editor? thanks

the emergency buildings show up as red and white striped boxes and some of the cars are the exact same as the original while the others have a cab only. also the campaign has regular missions. if anyone knows how i can fix this it would be appreciated.

I am currently making a mod in which there will be changes to the missions. But I will be editing some of the vehicles aswell. So this is what I need to know: How to use z-modeler2 How to create skins for the vehicles How to change the vehicles allowed in a mission How to create a mission How to put hydrants of a vehicle Any sort of help will be much obliged as I am a complete beginner in modding.
