  1. Hello everyone,

I have a small request for someone to possible create a new OPP vehicle. Here are some photos I have taken...

    http://flickr.com/photos/copcarman12/sets/72157601440296226/

Just look through the album and any black and white vehicles are the new ones. Also, the lightbar is the federal Signal Arjent, and the flash patterns for these vehicles are on my youtube account, Any OPP vids. The new cars have red and blue lights.

and for all of you who don't know what OPP stands for, it is Ontario Provincial Police...

nice looking patrol vehicle, If you're only going to use it for a private mod, hen you really just need to change th light bar on Hoppah's CV.

  2. I think that a new addition to the voice acting would be nice. When an police officer orders a suspect to the ground (using the arrest command while the officer's gun is drawn), they should say somthing aalong the lines of "POLICE, get down on your knees with your hands in the air" (props to woltep for creating that script).

Also, a question for all of those who are requesting better and more "realistic" units, how do you know what they use in LA if you don't live there? cause none of the examples I've seen are from LA. You could say most fire departments use the Federal Q for their trucks, but that doesn't mean all departments use it for their trucks, because I know for a fact the FDNY doesn't use them. Just my point of view though, but at least try and post some examples from LA if you can find some.

  3. I search near ford? crown victron:$

Hey Bernt, I haven't been able to find a military police car pics from orange county, but I know theremust be some because Orange county is home to the United States Military Acadamy at West Point. You could try searching USMA Military Police or West Point Military police on google for pics. I noticed you were going on a military kick with your personal mod so I have some orange county pics that might intrest you

USMA at West Point Fire Department

    West Point Fire Department

United States Airforce/Air National Guard at Stewart Intl. Airport Fire DepartmentStewart Air Guard Fire Department ( Air National Guard there is tasked with protecting NYC from air attacks).

  4. Los Angeles City Fire Engine 81 is one of the new Pierce Arrow XT's, of which 13 were bought and delivered recently. It isn't anything special, in so far as compared to any of the engines in the game right now. I'd have to check to see if that one is Paramedic/Paramedic Assessment or just a straight BLS engine company if that is what your question is.

Nope, that anwsered my question. I was just wondering if it was anything special because of the compartment on top of the hose bed. The only other engines I've ever seen those on is the FDNY squads and they have those tool boxes on the roof.

    squad.jpg

Itjust seemed like an odd place to put a tool box.

  5. Oke:(

Maybe have you more pictures of the police (suv,or another cars of the police:D) ? thx:$

Hey, I'm not that great at taking pics and have not managed to get any police photos recently, but I did manage to find some okay to poor photos of a patrol car and our SUV/K-9 unit

I know they suck, but that's because they are from the Warwick F.D. website and were ment to be of the FD.

  6. Nice screen!:)

Have you maybe police or police motor bike screens?:)

Unfortunatly I don't have any motorcycle pics. TWPD only has one (maybe two but I don't think so) and maybe uses it at the most twice a year for special events. I think this is because they can't go off road, we don't have many situations where a motorcycle would be better than a patrol car, and you can't really ride them during the winter.

  7. Since my name was brought up I will respond to this post. The question raised was whether or not I know the future. The answer is, only the immediate and near. Having spoken to many of the members on the apparatus committees and being intimately familiar with the current budget purchases, the Los Angeles City Fire Department has no designs to purchase any Crimson Fire based Engines. As far as anyone could tell me, no one has even heard of them nor has any formal or infomal contact with them been established. With a department as large as Los Angeles City's, you find that there are only a very small number of manufacturers that can deliver the quantities LAFD requires as well as agree to the support and infrastructure terms. This is why the last purchase of 26 engines was split between 13 Seagraves and 13 Pierce Arrows.

    Sweet..

Now a pierce chasiss would be cool...

    Sry, i was being a smart @$$

    Mrl

I could be wrong, but I think that at least both Engine 1, 2, and the Ladder Truck are peirce rigs (pierce chassis and bodywork) There could be more and I could also be wrong

There's a link to it. It took me a bit to find it.

By the way they are very fast and professional it took less than 2 weeks to get my copy to Ohio.

Must admit that ordering from them is very confusing some times. I got a thank you message after completing my order, and it said if the screen doesn't automatically redirect click here. It didn't automatically redirect, so I clicked on where I was supposed to click and it went back to the review order screen with an error message on top. Did this happen to you, MCERT1?

  9. Oke thnxs:)

Yes i make a mod (private i think).

    have you a ambulance picture?:)

    Maybe police picture's?

    I think i make the Engine 636

And Warwick PD Emergency Responce Unit (mobile command post).

    post-904-1203544258_thumb.jpg

Warwick EMS also has a new 2007 Horton Ford F-350 ambulance a 2006 polaris 6 wheeler, and a 2005 Fly/command SUV. Warwick PD obviously has more patrol cars with differnt light bars(led style) and a new paint job (slightly differnt). Also If you're going to do it on orange county New York this rig will be in service soon and available to Police Departments, Fire Departments, and Ambulance corps.OCcommand.jpg

@ theparanoid: havn't really seen much of the OC choppers recently, they used to be in the news papers just about every week. Last I saw them, people were talking about them and bribes and somthing with their new building, but that was a year ago.

  10. From your original posts, it looks like you want to do a mod on Orange County, Florida. Those trucks from Cromner Valley are in Orange County New York. If you decide to do a mod based on Orange County New York, let me know, I'm a emergency services buff/ junior ambulance corps member/junior firefighter up here so I can help you out. Good luck :1046275747_biggthumpup:

  12. Hoppah, I don't know if you were going to add command posts to v1.6 of your mod, but if you are, here is are some pics of a high tech CHP SUV Incident Command Vehicle.

    icv-rrv(2).jpg

I would personally like to see this vehicle be in the mod with some cool new functions, but then again I like all units of any type that have this much technology, so it's up to you to decide what you want to do with this. The below website has about 180 degrees of the vehicle including the lighting pattern. Maybe Mike has photographed this unit and can provide more pics and info about it. Link below is to the rest of the pictures.

  13. Hello

    I think I've found something.

This is an spartan gladiator medium but it's a long version:

    DSC00036.JPG

Just to let you know, that Heavy Rescue has EVI Body work, so it may look differnt than a Spartan Gladatior rig with Spartan body work. You should also see if you can find pics of the SFFD's heavy rescues, because they may be differn't seeing as we are on the oppisite side of the country from San Fransico.
