    Having a Few water calls Suicides, MVC's ect. but dont have a boat or a diver. Is there one on the SD or do I just need to let them go until the update?

    I cant get this submod to load, everytime I go to load this submod it acts like it is going to load but then just crashes to desktop. Any thoughts?
