Is there a map without all the snow? other than that great job, love it

I Uninstalled it and then installed it again. I deleted and downloaded the mod multiple times and nothing seems to work.

Ok so I edited the freeplay map in the Los angelas mod (added vehicles- edited terrain) and I cant get the original map and settings back. I have tried everything. Re-installing the game and mod does not work and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how i can get my original game back?
