Why are there no volunteers at night? The Fire Department cant go out at night. In Germany most of the Volunteer Fire Departments can go out 24/7.

Why can't the local FD move out at night? When I call them at night, no volunteer fireman comes. I always have to call the fire brigade from the neighboring towns
