Edit: I changed the number and everything seems fine, expect for the peculiar longer waiting period while the game is loading...

Is there anyway to set the game so that LA MOD is the version of the game when it starts up?

I mean, when I first load it, it's just 911 First Responders. Then I have to load the mod from the moderations tab. Then it takes 5 minutes to load the mod, and then I need to load either freeplay or campaign. Freeplay takes about 4 minutes, and campaign varies. So I want to set it so the game automatically loads the mod while the game itself is loading. It there a way?

Also, My freeplay map lags a bit and then there's a giant traffic jam mainly 2 cars. First one car try to turn onto a main road from a side road. Then a car from the main road stops and blocked the one from the side road, causing massive backup problems. It's the same for the other side of the main road, but there is nothing wrong with that side. Please help, is there any patch I can download that is English and I can understand? Is there any patch at all??? Here is a diagram for my situation.

The asterisks are the cars, the one on the main road stops the side road's oncoming car.

That's awfully strange, does anyone know why?

This happens for me too, just that it's worse, it's about in the same area. One side is blocked because one car is trying to turn onto the main road but there is another car coming the other way, and neither would move. One the other side of the main road traffic is just stopped for no reason whatsoever. I had to drive all units going and coming on the sidewalks, that was not fun at all.

I realize that but I don't understand it. I wanted to have them parked like at the fire stations; not roaming around mindlessly.

If you haven't fixed the slow-ness, try adjusting the settings like no shadows or less detail, it works for me, and my laptop likes to lag... A LOT!

I was wondering how I could ass spawn points to my 2.0 version freeplay map. I wanted to add some ambulances around the city and a couple roll back trucks here and there. Is it possible? Please help and thank you all very very much.

So anyways, who all downloaded the map where wOOd left off? Did anyone post pictures since then? I would really like to work on this map too, but unfortunately my laptop doesn't have a validated copy of windows (for some odd reason) and it runs really slow, even though I downloaded LA MOD and Reality Lights Mod, so I won't really be able to do anything else. I can run the Editor, but I can't really work well with scripts and I don't even know how to turn a model around (in the editor). So, best wishes for those who are working on it, let's try to complete wOOd's dream! That sounded really corny!
