Ok thank you, but I have another problem. I downloaded 911 FR to my desktop and when I click on it it opens to a black screen and the closes. Any advice?

So i should install v1.9 to which folder?

I tried saving the file and running the file, same trouble. It happens when I try to install it. I run it with .exe and I install the mod to my computer fine, it just won't install to 911: FR. Thank you

Thanks for helping, I get the message when I try to install the Mod with the Mod installer.

Hi, Can someone help me, i just downloaded LA Mod v1.9 for 911: FR and i keep getting this message, "Could not open source file, Aborting" Please Help!!! Thanks Nick
