I want to make a mod for my home city Crowley Texas hopefully it will be a good one but if anyone wants to help me let me no

I could of sworn they had a different truck then that, but it is a ford none the less.

Why would they use something from Texas in a NEW YORK mod? By conicdent only I am sure, the ambulances your referring to are F-450 which is what NY uses now, although they may have some older ambulances in service that may be F-350s.

Ya its a 450 but ya if you dont mind me asking can u modle trucks and stuff on the editor

For the ambulances u shoulduse the Ford F-150 i think it is we uses it here in Crowley Texas and boy does that engine sound good

i am working an a map as well so when i get that finished i will post finished Dallas PD, FR and map pics together. the map will be possible be downloadable because i am making it a freeplay map for the la mod. i will reskin some buildings and stuff for my personal use.

to make a mod do i have to go to the editor that comes with the game

It will start you up the right way.

Well i got one problem i cant download the modeler

If you really want to make a mod or see it adapted.

You really need to start to learn the basics, as building one complete mod is a sh*t-load of work.

once you can do something you can join a team(or form your own).

you learn a lot when working in a team.

But you will learn more if you start to see for your self.

You can ask help when you get stuck here all the time.

And you will get advice how to do it.(I've modeled over 3 years with Z modeler, and still learned a lot here when i joined a team).

But you will never get somebody just to do something for you without any help.

Read the tut's from hoppah, get the programs(Z modeler is free, sketch up is free(not sure there is a tut for sketch up).

And just start it.

Try to build a block, a circle, make some boxes,

See what is troubling you, and ask about it.

why not just reskin the vehicles yourself, along with a few buildings and call it yours?

Dont realy no how to do that and i have read the whole edit manual think like 5 times

Can somebody research Crowley Texas or Fort Worth and make a mod for those cities. im from Crowley Texas and i think it would be cool to see a mod for it if you could make one i would appreciate it.
