Yes It's possible to do. Some german mods have very good scripts: Einstaz101 (the ability that the cars pull over), and ERS Berlin (for the redirection) You could probably import the redirection script from ERS quite easily but for the pull over... it seems very difficult (The script doesnt work 100% and im not it fits freeplay mod)

read the README file. It says that you have to put the Data file in your game folder (example: C//program files / sixteen tons entertainement / Emergency 4 / Data / Textures / Coronas)

Hello I just wanted to show one of my "creations" In fact it's a reskin of the vw passat from the Wuppertal mod. The vehicle had to look like this (Swiss police from state of "Vaud") So there's the result.
