also i can't get the files to go to the mod installer. Do I need to extract files or what do I do???

i downloaded the winrar and now if I want to download LA mod i can't use zip files anymore.

i believe i have winzip??? b/c every mod i download is zip files.

when I went to download the Essex and Polish mod it wouldn't download as a zip file, but as like a word document so I was just wondering maybe I downloaded it wrong????

how do you know if you have the deluxe map or not. I just bought 911 first responders again, and I don't know for sure. b/c i want to get the zombies on the game.

yeah I am connected to the internet, and it keeps saying I have a wrong/invalid serial so i'm on the phone with digital river made about 4-5 claims for it so will found out.

does anyone have a suggestion on what I should do for 911 first responders. Just bought the game on the 14th of March from Atari, and when I go to play the game it brings up the Digital River SecuROM product activity screen. The serial number i got for the game must be wrong. Contacted Atari which they don't have a tech support number anymore so i can't play the game w/o a valid serial number for the game. "DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON WHAT I CAN DO?????"

I had 911 First Responders on my computer, and in my e-mail account for when I bought it. Computer crashed then had to reboot the harddrive. Everything was gone, games, etc... Checked my e-mail for the two year warrenty gone, couldn't find it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to get the game back on my computer??????

how do you change the numbers on vechlies? i want to change them to my cities numbers, but I don't know how to the script. plus how do you change the forum so it dosen't show submods but off topic?
