I did read the solution to the black screen thing but it's not that, beforehand it worked and mods worked n such but after i installed Rome and Amsterdam mod and i played once more then i start it agian it has decided to go to the black screen.

Any solution to fix?

LA Mod doesn't supply a multiplayer map I think, you have to change it around in your files but be aware it will cause severe traffic and possibly bugs if you do that.
