    Question, I finally got the mod to install and work.... but now it runs VERY slow and lags beyond belief.... any suggestions?

    When Ii reinstall, I never get to option #2 of the list of instructions. Any idea why?

    Team, I downloaded 911 First Responders from Amazon last week. I have tried to download the LA mod since and after Ii download it, I get an error that says "Setup could not find a valid instal of Emergency4/911 First responders and is unable to find a location to install the mod". Any suggestions? I have read countless threads and nothing I have tried seems to work. I am running an HP Laptop on windows 8.1. Any help is greatly appreciated!
