  1. Like a lot of the Police cars in Kent, but green! How come they are not the normal yellowy colour?
  2. Use Photoshop, Gimp, Paint or something similar and open up the Texture file you want to change.
  3. I can't seem to get my own Audio working in-game. I know that it has to be a WAV file but they are not working, I was told before it had to be a 32 Bit WAV Mono however in Audacity I have no idea how to export as this.
  4. Apoligies for the long delays on updates, this is due to other bits and pieces going on. Finally it is here though, the newer style Mercedes Sprinter Emergency Ambulance. All it needs is some wheels, a couple of skin edits and some beautiful lighting from TACRfan Sorry for the huge lack of anti-aliasing.
  5. Nah, I've been enjoying reading the conversations News on the Mod is the Ambulance is basically finished, a couple of tweaks and I can get some pictures out. Been a bit busy this week with another project but should be able to get some more KM done soon.
  6. Yes the Command unit is a Prime Mover Module and I believe I was going to add it Kent use marked officer cars (Vauxhall Insignias) but sometime unmarked (Your X5's, VW's etc). I actually think that SECAmb also uses VW's but mainly Volvo V70s
  7. It will be placed like you place a "Police Barrier" as this is the easiest way to do it.
  8. A better look at the Mercedes Sprinter Ambulance (WIP) - That background...Don't ask - Don't forget to check out TACRfan's lighting in the video above!
  9. Yeah that is what they are in the UK, I think in America "Takedowns" are just the front Scene lights on the lightbar. I could be wrong though.
  10. Yep and it looks the same as the other day I saw one, great work with it
  11. A Pub WIP for the map Based off a real public house in Kent.
  12. Wow, really nice picture, is that in a Sprinter ambulance? I do like the idea of buttons you gave, with the arrival mode too.
  13. We do normally use Takedowns, the white lights on the Lightbar - - Not always used however, more for busy periods of the day I think. Most of the time they come on when the "999" button is pressed, but they are separately controlled from the blue lights and Wig Wags.
  14. Yeah I think I'll do this one. At the moment all the credit for my mod are packed into a readme which no-one will actually read, so you are right, there needs to be more visible credits.
  15. Yes it is I would hope so anyway, otherwise I wouldn't be able to try it! ___________________________________________________________________________________ Another look at the Ford Ranger, now with some beautiful lighting by TACRfan. Scene: Kent Police blocking off road after a fatal stabbing. Little sneak peak of the Ambulance too which still needs a lot of work. Seeing this picture makes me want to ask another question. What kind of ELS options do you guys want? Do you want simple Primary Lights, Rear Reds buttons? Or maybe Primary Lights, Rear Reds, Take Downs, Left Alley, Right Alley etc. All model credits will be added to a list on release. I am not claiming all models I post pictures of are by myself. The Persons in the picture are from the Modification we are using as a "Base", they will not be used in the release.
  16. This is a good idea actually. Some bigger things I have moved to the start of my mod thread, can I ask however, apart from updates, downloads and the like, what else we should be putting in the first post, or is it literally just new/big information.
  17. Well technically they use Ford Rangers, which are the UK equivalents to an American Ford F120 - The model I have had to use is the American version however, but apart from a little part of the grill, they are the same. I actually saw this one responding the other day from the front and it was very clear! The lightbar is quite high up too which helps but yes, it does have two front LEDs.
  18. Kent Police Ford Ranger - IRV Ambulance service is coming, I promise! All model credits will be added to a list on release. I am not claiming all models I post pictures of are by myself.
  19. Same, they have put up a couple of pictures every few months, most of them Renders. There has been no gameplay footage, even the Shooting range in one of their videos uses a UI they downloaded and the default Unreal Engine Pistol. They have said a lot of stuff that will feature in the game but so far I don't see a lot of it happening.
  20. Kent do use Fire Bikes but not for emergency calls, but for Community safety events. But that's not reason for me not to add one for Emergencys I don't mean to do an Admins job by saying this but it is against the Forum rules to ask for Release dates. We have no idea when it could be released, many things can happen during development, it also puts pressure on Developers to rush their mod to make the date.
  21. Yeah that is true, especially as it would include Motorbikes for both Police and Ambulance.
  22. Just a Heads-Up, the Unit list has been moved to the First post and as Units are completed they will be shown as that on the list. Update coming sometime this week. Question: Would you prefer to have Motorbikes in the mod or the feature of not being able to move vehicles if there is no Person inside. Unfortuantly both can not be done due to the Mechanics for the Motorbikes, so it is up to you. Answer the question in the Poll at the top of the page and if you would like, add a comment saying why you would prefer your option.
