There is always a split second decision. Who to save first....Do I grab them out or leave them in... Do I run into a fire or stay out.  

20 miles is pretty far for a kayak. Idk why people go out in the waters when the temp is that cold too.

Europe does have very small roads.  The down side to smaller vehicles is limited water supply.  

European Emergency vehicles seem so small. They also look weird to me.  Cool video though.
