Ok so i have read so much stuff on how to do a camera hack well see i follow all the steps and i go in the game and the thing is the same exact view. I want to be able to go in close to get a better look. Like a first person thing. i think its called a camera hack. Well if anyone wouldnt mind helping me please let me know. I am really wanting to know how to do the camera hack so bad.

Ok so now im having a problem. I couldnt install it to sixteen tons entertainment just becuase the file is not there. what do i do

Ok so I was playing with my friend in multiplayer earlier and I realized that we could only take turns on when we can get a car to a scene. What I mean is that I would call for a fire truck and then I couldn't I would have to wait till he calls for one. When it was my turn I would have a box pop up saying "Alert or Continue to the next player". How can we fix it to where we can call for trucks whenever we want. Its is possible im just trying to figure out how. Do we have to have 3 people in the game so it doesn't do that or can it just be 2 people in the game and not do that. Please let me know soon. Thanks.
