I launch the mod installer select a .e4mod and the it says package is corrupt this is with every mod on the sight that requires the installer

I get the following error when i try to launch mod installer "911 First Responders was not downloaded properly please re-download" got it from amazon and i have tried messing with reggit. Please help Thanks in advance . PS: LOL No but please help and/or give me the new york mod file
