I'm thinking it will be released at 00:00 Pacific Time (PST) (Which I believe is -8 GMT) due to valve being based out of Seattle, Washington, U.S.
Here's hoping we all play soon regardless.

I'll be the one guy to stand back, watch, and wait for an FBI investigation.
No point commenting on speculation or pretending I was there.
-
Yup that's what I meant
It will be in German because it's being made in Germany. They'll probably make French, English, etc. versions as well, but, at least for sure, German.

You guys can skin, and somewhat model, but not make new lights?
-
Make sure you drop the "Data" folder into your "Emergency 4" or "911 First Responders" folder.
P.S. Or just bother reading the "README".

Sorry for the double, but I also noticed the lights on the CHP Charger are a bit misplaced, front and rear of the lightbar.Hopefully I don't have slightly different models or textures than you.Edit: Nope, that's exactly what it is. I didn't notice you changed some textures that much. I'll have to go back and double check everything.
I believe that's one of the few changes I've made to any LA model files. That and a new steel-rim texture for the CVPIs. This is why I added the model folder as standard for each update.

Hey, EM4life, I think I've noticed an issue. Your Ambulance02 taillights and brake lights, rear blinkers, and the side spotlights are misplaced. Looks like they just got copied over from Ambulance01; they'd be in the right spot on them.
That's your Amb2 proto and model on the left, the LA 2.1 on the right.
I also notice here that the Amb2 model has a spotlight in an odd place; it's kind of colliding weird with the door on that side, but I guess maybe it's not that big of a deal.
I've gone ahead and fixed the issue, and the fix will appear in an update coming out soon. Thanks for noticing that.

Itchboy, are you on a mod team? I'm sure someone would love it if you made vehicles for them. You're far too good to just be pumping out new cars willy-nilly like.
-
I approve this mod! lol No seriously though, I am highly impressed with your work! You have indeed come a long way since I last saw. My one and only complaint is I noticed a lot of units lacking any sort of radiation for red and blues. If you worked that out, these would be excellent! Hell I might even use some of them in my project, permission pending of course! If your free for some light jobs, I may have a few to send your way but my only request is some red and blue(where applicable) radiation! So I figure I knock a point off for lack of radiation and give it a 9/10!
First, thanks for the approval. I always aim to make creations worth using. Second, I do believe that most, if not all units, have some form of radiation. If you think I can improve I ask you to suggest specific changes or general concepts to consider to make it easier for me and better for you. Third, I'd be willing to help lighting any way I can. I'm always looking for something to do and stay sharp.
Thanks.

When I put on my little boy goggles, I get giggly playing it. It's definitely going to be a big step up from previous New York Modifications, both ours and others
Hearing this makes me think a great deal will be replaced (upgraded), which is better in the long run in order to add greater variety and technical ability. I've always liked, and had high hopes for, this mod for those reasons.
Thanks for your continued work, guys, we all appreciate it.

Happy to see the community getting together to play the game we all mod and enjoy. We should have done this a long time ago!
Here's to future multiplayer memories.

No, they won't. Those are Nnico's Crown Vics as well as they have different models for some cars.

So, it's been a while. But here I am, and I brought a gift...
E4LM: LA v2.0
It's back, and it's better than last time. (I made sure)
Since I've switched almost completely over to the new coronas, I've updated the submod with the new lights and enhanced all of the units.
Also, I'm using Mega to host as the in-house downloader isn't always very fast...and I'm not talking about download speed.
I understand that most people have moved on, and that's expected, but if you were still waiting...
Here's a thing.
Change log:
- Re-light for all LAFD units (fire and paramedic)
- All lights display in similar style- New patterns- New textures- Fixed BugsDOWNLOAD: EM-Planet download: http://forum.emergency-planet.com/files/file/547-e4lm-la/

Something is coming...

Good things come to those who wait.
(Shut up about dates while we work.)

Here's some pictures I've taken using the mod.

Since we've been shown the tower ladder, would it be possible for you to release only updated units sooner and hold off on the "super secret" stuff?
-
Nice job on the lights, definetly downloading. Though have to say the ambulances and ladders do run blue lights on the rear, but only the newest rigs.
I don't have many newer FDNY apparatus, nor a way to get newer models. NYPD is easier because it's mainly light bars and skins.

Released: Version 2.0 (The New Look)
It's here! Finally! The update we've all been waiting for! (Obviously)
This update brings E4LM: NYC up to par with the LA version, redesigning how lights should look. Using a new corona and new lighting technique, lights look better than ever! LEDs look more realistic, lights are brighter, and patterns are more colorful. If you like the more recently released mods and submods with newer styles of lights, you'll love these!
(Please, read the READ-ME, installation steps have changed.)
Change Log:
-ALL units received new, better lights
-Many units & skins were updated, making them more realistic-New units; such as NYPD Traffic van-Bug fixesDownload: EM-Planet download: http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.php?/files/file/527-e4lm-nyc/Gameplay video coming soon! -
Version 1.4.5 (The FDNY Update) released!
Change log:
-Rescue 1 texture update-Ladder 26 redesign, LED package-Engine 23 is now Engine 58 (E58 is housed with L26)-EMS Ambulance light update
The FDNY focused update is here, to help make the aging units look a little better. I'm trying to get a hold of newer models for the FDNY, to modernize the fleet. Hopefully, by the next update, newer units will be introduced. I hope you guys enjoy the changes, mostly aesthetic aside from Ladder 26. Let me know your opinion on the update!Download: EM-Planet download: http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.php?/files/file/527-e4lm-nyc/New video coming soon! -
Well, I'm sorry to say, the download for the new version is still not available yet. To alleviate the stress, I've created a download on Mega for anyone who wants to to use instead of the downloads section here. I understand some may not want to venture outside the realm of the downloads section here but, unfortunately, the process for verifying files is much longer than I had hoped for.
Sorry for the delay, and enjoy the update. Cheers.

Here on the Pacific coast of the U.S. I'm currently downloading and installing. If you've got it too, let everyone know!
Maybe we get multiplayer started tonight?
