Hey, Me and my Mate are constructing a New York City Mod, We need Big Help as we are not very Experianced on Modeling ect.

We need:

Skin Designers

Modelers

Scripters

Animators

Researchers

All who wish to join MUST have one or more of the following PLUS SOME experience with it/them:

Emergency 3/Emergency 4

Photoshop OR another image editing program* (As expressed in the last section.)

ZModeler2 OR another 3D modeling program* (As expressed in the last section.)

Website editing/design/application programs/experience

Xfire

Any of the games PLUS their editor as expressed in the last section

Theres already a perfect method. Use the files from 911:FR. This should work 100% on EM4, and about 95% on EM4 Deluxe.

thats what im doing here! except that i am creating an installer to make it easier for the people without 911:FR.

What mod?

This is not a mod, truth be told, but a hack.

this edits all files in the other languages of emergency 4 to make all stuff (audio, videos, commands, etc..) english.

i can do other languages too. this is a "universal translator".

there is one already, but its not perfect! (this one is much better than the other one)

This Mod Converts all German Items in Emergency 4 to English.

This will NOT Work on Deluxe Edition. Sorry!

It is VITAL that you customise where to install it to your emergency 4 directory!

Im Just Starting a New Mod for 911: First Responders.

Its Strathclyde, Scotland. It will have New Maps, Skins, Models and Sounds.
