I have the L.A MOD, but the Ambulance sirens are annoying me, so I want to instal a new siren.

So, does anyone have an Ambulance siren for me? (I'd like to have something from the NY ambulance, but everything else is welcome too).

How do I install this?

Load the mod. You don't need to replace any files. The map is a separate mod.

But there are many missing mode and prototype files, is that possible? And how can I fix that? FIXED!

Download MKAD 1.1 and install the file. Don't download the deluxemultiplayer one if you want the single player map.

I did that, but when I want to play, the map is what I say, green. But, there is a file calles '.eft'. More isn't in. What should stand there?

And, should I load the mod, ore replace files?

And last, how did you do it? Please do it so precise as you can.

I have a problem. I have renamed the ''multiplayer.em4'' and .dss to freeplay, so i can replace the freeplay map. But when I load the map, it has no ground and buildings, and it shut's off in about 20 seconds.

Can someone please tell me how to install? (I want to play em4 singleplayer with mods).

Wait, I don't understand it. The map is in an mod package? But that means I can't play mods on the MKAD map because you only can load one em4 package?

Can someone explain it to me?

I'm going to download now, but does the map works on the normal version for emergeny 4?

Yes, I've got both patches. (Patch 2 witch includes Patch 1 either).

But, how can they already be redirected? Because when I came at the scene with my police motorcycle and I gave the 'turn back' command, in most times they did completly nothing. Only the normal cars (So the small cars, no trucks, jeeps and vans) did what I ask from them. Isn't that strange?

I'd just played Emergency 4 (normal version) again, but this time there were no collisions between two cars, so there was no traffic jam.

Sorry, file means traffic jam. I typed it in Dutch because I didn't knew how to say it in English.

I've got a serious problem. The traffic is too much. Every time I have huge files, so I need to put in like 8 police cars to control the traffic, for the most on the main highway.

The worst thing is: Cars won't listen to your 'turn back' command. They just do nothing.

Is there a possibility to decrease the traffic by myself?

It changes the time between the events. 500 is a bit high

Yes that is it. You want to change this part <MinDurationBetweenEvents value = "100.0" /> [100.0 is veranderd, oorspronkelijk 30.0] change to "100" to a higher number. I once set mine to 500 , I don't recommend doing that though.

Freeplay_params_endless in your specs folder. If you have deluxe then there would be a _d at the end, I am assuming you use endless as well, and not challenge mode.

This allows you to edit the event frequencies and the time between events... If 200 will give you an hour and a hlaf time, then 100, should give you about 45 minutes for each event. It's basically a touch and go process. Might need to try this a few times before you find the value right for you.

I forget which file it is, but there's a file that contains your freeplay data, all you have to do is go into that file, find the min and max times between events, and change both to 200, that gives you amount an hour and a half game time between each event, which should be plenty of time. Not sure you can actually make it so no events pop up until after you finish the current event.

Is it possible to have one event at a time? Because, when you're busy with fighting the fires, another even will start, even when that event before is stil running. This is very annoying for me.

So, is it possible to get just one event at a time? Yes, please tell me how.

Is het mogelijk om maar één ongeval per keer te hebben? Want als ik bijvoorbeeld een brand aan het blussen ben, dan begint er al een ander ongeval, terwijl die brand nog bezig is!

Ik heb 1.9 geïnstalleerd, maar ik zie dat er een gebouw niet staat. Ik zie twee blokken, bovenop elkaar gestapeld, met de tekst ''Missing ModelFile'' erop. Ik heb geprobeert de patch voor 1.9 te installeren, maar hij zegt dat ik 1.9 niet geïnstalleerd heb. (Ik speel de normale EM4, niet de deluxe. Ik heb wel 1.9 geïnstalleerd. Ik heb ook em4 deluxe, maar ik speel eigenlijk alleen op em4)

Tazbrw, you need to give more information. What are your PC specs, load up LogFile etc..

I know how to fix this. Now, in your main folder, program files\sixteen tons entertainment\emergency 4 you see the map ''Data'', what you now need to do is to make an new map named ''Mods''. If u have done this, the ModInstaller won't say anymorethat the package is corrupted.

Do you have a folder called 'Mods' in the Emergency 4 folder? If not create that folder yourself (file --> new --> folder) and try again.

He's talkin about Emergency 3. And if u install Emergency 3, the map ''Mods'' is already in the main folder (sixteen tons entertainment/emergency 3/)
