I would like to do some new reskins of the la mod units however when i get to the ladder i strike a problem there is nothing on the .dds just the tire...maybe if someone could send me their file maybe itll work idk plaease help

Hi i would like to make a mod but i cant do it all. I just need a little help......i can model in sketchup and i can skin and organize blah blah...but here is a list of positions i need.

-Someone to model police cars and ambulances

-Make models into game format(aka has zmodeler)

-Someone that cant put models into the game

-SCRIPTER(prob. the hardest to find)

-an extra skinner wouldnt hurt

you guys will get a kick out of this and is shows how many people don't use their heads before calling 911

So at about 5:55pm i was just about to sit down and eat dinner and we got a call for an Automatic Gas Alarm....so i leave my dinner to get on scene and find out this woman thought her alarm clock was the gas alarm....not to mention her alarm clock was in the kitchen along with hundreds of ceramic dolls....crazy day.

does anyone participate in one??

this fire was a while ago at the end of january

2nd alarm house fire....

33-11 first on scene (reported smoke showing)

33-45, 33-1 second on scene (confirmed and updated to heavy smoke showing)

33-12, 33-2, 33-9 third on scene and jumped on a line and entered the structure

33-55 forth on scene after 2nd alarm was issued

42-12 last on scene as the FASTeam (Firefighter Assist and Search Team AKA RIT team)

43-12 and 62-45 covered the city

fire started in the ceiling of the second floor and spread into 2 rooms on the third floor...the fire was knocked down in approximately 15-20 minutes...a very nice save

To reskin you will need to open the model in Z modeler.

Apply the new skin there.

Convert the skin to .dds

Change the skin name in the .v3o file from (example) myskin.jpg to myskin.dds

Save it.

Open the editor.

Create a new mod.

Place the new files in the new mod.

Create a prototype of the model.

Done.

ive reskined plenty of vehicles and never used zmod and they came out fine

i just unlocked the skins in the editor

then open them in PAINT.NET

did what i had to do on them

and then saved them and overwrote the old skin

and

KABAMM!!! new skin on the unit

2) MVA in a neighboring fire district...the other district is a ver small volly department and was 4th dispatched so we were call in mutual aid on the 3rd dispatch of the other department..one car flipped over on roof..7:40.......33-11, 33-1, 33-2, 37-11, 37-2, 82-73, state police, city of beacon police responded

Does anyone know of a free dispatch simulator that is pretty decent???? i want to play some but the ones i have found(like 2) either suck or cost money. so if anyone knows of one...drop a link lol

Your department sends an awfully large amount of apparatus out for very minor incidents...don't you think? wink.gif

well our department is a split career-volley department and there is only 1 career guy or driver at each station at any point so they send an engine(33-11 or 33-12) and ladder(33-45) to most ems runs so there will beat least 2 guys there......the other vehicles are from the local volunteer ambulance corp. which send an ambulance(82-71, 82-72, 82-73) and there career medic(82-89) and there is also a volunteer flycar(82-67) so there is why so many units go to each

1) ems run-12 year old passed out(turned out to be my good friends sister)..6:20am.......33-11, 82-73, 82-89 responded

2) automatic fire alarm-turned out to be a malfunction..11:30am.......33-12, 33-11, 33-45 responded

3) automatic fire alarm-burnt food on the stove..1:30pm.......33-12, 33-11, 33-45 responded

4) lock out-keys locked in the car..8:00pm.......33-12 responded
