Clearly we are talking about New York City. Tourist attraction number 1!
8.2 million inhabitants in an area of 1214.4 square kilometers with their boroughs
Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island and Brooklyn what it is in this modification.
On the other side of the Brooklyn Bridge is the Brooklyn borough.

About the modification.:

Each borough has one of Squad. Also Manhattan. The 18th Squad. Around the truck, it goes into the Mod.
