I was wondering how do you bring the patients in the mass casualty unit to the hospital. I filled it up and I could not get anyone out of it.

I recently bought 911 First Responders on Amazon. The regular game works fine. When I try to Open the Mod Installer it says "911: First Responders is not properly installed. Please reinstall." I uninstalled the game and reinstalled, still had the same issue. DxDiag.txt

Well I just download 911 first responders and every time I start the game it has everything black I can only see lights. Can anyone help me with this?
