oh and i meat to ask i have 2.1 but 2.5 has some fixes and goods that 2.1 dont have

Hello Guys, i am new to the Forums and i never had a problem downloading anything before till now. Every time i try to download the Mod "this is not a valid modification pakage". anyone's help would be appreciated . Thanks in advance.
