  1. Not much to report really. Haven't played or modded for a month or so. I'll boot it up and see if it's still playable..

  3. They are usable of course with working return to fs/parking script. The ambulance crew will spawn and return to fs1 though.. For now I can't separate the spawn point for fs1 and my new ambulance central. Might try to fix this later.

  7. I would say it's ready for a private beta very soon. Hopefully within a month. Currently making paths and spawnpoints etc. Finished some more vehicles, including Kripos/Coroner, red cross ++. Most bugs have been fixed, still have a few path issues..If I decide for a private beta I will probably not have included new sounds, events or new portraits initially. Will post some pictures tomorrow.
  8. Make sure the "timer" is set waaaay over the recommended 30. I installed the same script a week ago, and find it much better with higher numbers. The neutral object is just an object you place somewhere on the map and via properties change its name to whatever the readme said, this name has to be the same as in the .script file if I remember correctly. The BMA alarm objects does not need any cmd's, just make sure it's renamed in properties like the readme says. Also remember to give the command to the fire chief/fighter/captain/whoever you want to be able to reset the alarm. (It was some german name for the command, it's in the readme I think) Let me know if you need any more help

  10. Changing parking spot for 02 then... Do you know if the Ford 350 "Røykdykker/Kjemikaliedykkerbil" #62 is still in use? The one from the pictures you sent me. You see, I have skinned it and use it as a hazmat squad parked at FS1. Would it be better to replace it with the MAN #24? Because of scripting etc. I can't use engine 92 as a hazmat without the game crashing on me, so I will need a designated hazmat at FS1. (Hope that was an understandable explanation)

  12. Awesooome! I'm on it! The mod will not be released until I'm perfectly satisfied with the product. Things to do: Add doors and wheels to many vehicles (takes a lot of time) Minor map adjustments (Road signs etc) Add more events Blue lights on a few vehicles Unit.xml and specs editing Fix the paramedic stretcher Replace Heavy rescue crane with Tow truck 96 Currently I need: Two fire engines One foam tender replacement S&R vehicle Red cross vehicle MCU Three police patrol cars If you have a suggestion for a realistic vehicle I can use for one or more of these replacements, this is your chance! In other news, today I added the "BMA Script" and it's totally awesome, giving false fire alarms around the city. That's it for now, kthxbye

  15. Got well, got to work! Result: Not finished yet, but looking pretty good so far I think. The ML is based on a GLK, since there are no GLK models around afaik. Passat is stolen from Copenhagen mod.Need help with lights if anyone is interested. Both normal and bluelights. I just can't do the polygon thing without it looking bad..
  16. Since I'm in Halden, (border town to Sweden) more or less ever week, I meet the customs quite often. At the largest border crossing for vehicles in Norway they usually just use unmarked black Passats. (as far as I've seen anyway.) Norwegian customs are not allowed to use bluelights, but they have enquired about it, so probably within a year or two. As usual they probably have to spend a couple million for meetings and bs for politicians to decide.^^

Some new units ready: Thanks to firefighter92 for the photos The red and white ambulance is taken straight out of a hungarian mod, skin and lights included, so this will probably not be released in my final version. Have a few other vehicles in production now, including a new passat police car with the new design (model and lights taken from copenhagen mod) (not asked for permission yet). All "old" police cars are now fixed with correct lightbars, minor skin adjustments etc. +++ Lots of minor tweaks here and there as usual. Have a few major problems right now that needs to be resolved: *Replacing tiller and aerial ladder with european ladders causes CTD *When paramedics try to pick up patients with a stretcher, they just bend up and down for eternity (animation hangs up) *I am sick, and not motivated to do anything

  19. I'll do my best to have it released someday. Do you have any more info or pictures on the new one? I'm confused about the numbers.. Currently the no. 91 is a fire engine, but a few years back, the bus was 91, what number does the bus have now? 4X are reserve vehicles, so I assume 41? I did skin it a while back, but gave it 71.

  21. Thanks guys. It's not Hoppah I'm concerned about, it's all those Germans I've downloaded models from. Some with two page long readmes in German regarding permissions etc. which I of course deleted since I didn't care back then.. I'll try to update more often and hopefully will release it someday. A couple months back I was contacted by several Norway Mod staff regarding joining the two mods, but I haven't heard anything more. I'll just continue having fun modding by myself and see what the future brings
  22. So today I got a bit bored.. I downloaded LA mod 2.1 and SG submod 1.9.3 and played around a bit.. Decided to restart my mod, based on the SG submod. Importing all the vehicles and units should be done in a few days. After that I will do some heavy map modifications, so that it feels more Norwegian. I've also re-skinned all fire engines, they're starting to look pretty decent. Engine 91 and 92 originals:
  23. Just a prop, haven't given it any function. Just placed there as a filler for the police parking lot. I have removed all images and made new screens in .jpg format. The .png's used my quota... Screens are in first post!
