Hey. I got the other issue resolved. When I enter Free-Play or Campaign, I can't see anything much. Buildings are gone, I can only see the frames of the vehicles. Pretty freaky shit. Does someone know whats wrong and how to fix it?

How do you attach a lightbar package using google sketch up and get it transferred into emergency 4 editor to flash? How do you add the siren com and and make custom sirens using audacity?

I need a small tutorial on how to add stripes,color,text, and department symbols.

Do you need to UV wrap when you reskin? Is reskinning as simple as taking a file,getting it through a DDS converter if needed,reskinning, and saving?

I LOVE your Idea,but I don't really think many people will attempt this. Just pick one stadium and use whatever city the stadium is in and use their emergency services. Here are some emergencies that could happen besides car wrecks.

1. Crimes like pick pocketing,shoplifting,and fights in the stands and at the NASCAR merchandise store,snack bar,TAILGATE PARTIES!

2.medical emergencies in the stands and inside stores in the stadium

3.Small fires in snack bars or tailgate party grills

Try and experienced modder like Hoppah, MikeyPI,Stan,or Newfoundking. You need Google sketchup or Zmodeler, but I am not sure of the procedure.

How do you get the vehicle file you are reskinning into paint.net and save it in the correct folder after you reskin?

I get stuck in the last mission.

In the first part, the quake, I get all the fires under control and save all victims...but one! I can't find him. Since there is no red cross on the screen he must be hidden somewhere, but where? I lift up rocks and stones all over town, but can't find him.

And as soon as the fires are out and most of the victims have been moved, the tsunami sets in. Then it seems to hard to save people *and* control the rioters.

Any hints?

Maybe call in a few Dog rescue units in the area where there was no casualties.

Adam-12,Dragnet,The andy Griffith show,Cagney and Lacey,Hawaii 5-0, and MASH are right there with Emergency! In being the Best shows on television.

You're going way too far ahead you're walking the pylons for the bridge when the roadbed aint even been placed looking at all your questions you've posted... Instead of having 1 topic per question (most of which probrably won't ever be answered since tutorials do exist) Why not just make a singular topic and keep all your questions IN one topic?

To do what you've asked here is probrably outside of your league, you have to download the freeplay base map that is in the EMP dl center, then open that in a paint program and edit it in order to make changes to the floor map... Once that is done then you must do all the editor-tasked items...

Your skinning questions, you make the lightbars flash in the editor, not in a paint program... You have to work with the space the bar was UV mapped to since I'm guessing you can't model and probrably don't even have zmod you won't be able to remap or change the lightbar, so you MUST work within the lightbar mapping already done... Which is not always designed to be reskinned..

How to texture a car is too complicated for me to explain especially considering I don't have or use your program.

Instead of saying everything is "out of my league", just answer the question. I am working with a modding team. My friend is on scripting while I'm on reskinning and modeling. I am using a light bar package as well.
