Advil can help, depending on the person. Tylenol, you'd need to take 4-5. I take an actual migraine pill. To help,dont look at a monitor. Just sit down and relax. If you watch TV, watch from a good distance and dont watch anything that has a lot of flashes in it. That should help. Also try to eat something small. Like a snack.
