i downloaded the mod and went to start the freeplay, when it loaded all the way the music played for like half a second and then it goes back to desktop w/o and error message or anything. im using the 2.0 map and la mod 2.0 i know its for 1.9 but can someone plz help!

I read the read me just substituted 1.9 with 2.0 and it didnt work

hey all has anyone had the idea to create alarms for the FD like if u get a structure fire u can use the battalion chief to call a 1st alarm ex. 2 als engines tiller and ambo how hard would this be?

I think he meant the Regular 2.0 LA Mod Map which basically is yours with some minor changes adding some stations, rearanging others. Anyway hope that cleared things up.

im using the stock la mod map

clicked the wrong button sorry

i do this but no change in gameplay

i go into the folder for 4x4 mod and the ysb folder is inside i go into the game go to the modifications menu and it says LA mod v2.0.8 4x4 submod YSB 1.3

when i go to play it it is just the 4x4 mod without the ysb changes

when i ente the folder like u said and right click there isnt a copy option do i hilite all the folders to copy then paste

so will this be for 1.9 or 2.0

Right click on the file than select copy than take that file to the other file and than right click and than select past.

Do not high light the file you are pasting to.

i did i copied ysb version right clicked on 4x4 folder and hit paste when i enter the folder i see the ysb folder in the 4x4 folder is this correct

im sorry to double post but has anyone used his 1.9 versoin on 2.0? if so does it work ok?

Wow the grand old squad argument ended up in my mod! By squad I mean LEV and HES, they both are designated squad most of Washington, and Rescues are what most places call squads. I hope to add different commands, but right now a lot of stuff I change causes crashes in the game, so it's going pretty slow, and no .95 is not released yet. Thank you all for all the support and interest.

really like the submod looks like it would fit exactly to the way i play.i hav a little hiccup tho. i have 2.0 not 1.9 and cant seem to be able to download 1.9. is there any possible way u could make a version of ur 1.9 version for 2.0? 1 that self installs its self like 4x4 latest version of his submod? i cant use the compatibility scrpits because i cant find how to get to the "mods" folder to get to the scripts and other stuff. im not sure if im allowed to make a request like this because im new to the forums.
