I want to make a Carol Stream IL mod but i need help, does anybody know any good tutorials to get me started on models and textures as well as making a new map. If anyone can tell me that would be great, Thanks.

I want someone who knows how to make MODS to make a Chicago mod. Please dont make it an rar file because my computer doesnt download anything with rar. can u keep me updated on whats going on
