You have to select game mode. In the lower left corner you see "anfanger" and "profil". Anfanger starts with easy events. Press anfanger and then select the season. After that select one person and take him/her inside the hospital. There you see a guy behind a table, go and talk to him and then press "neue lektion". Then you start to get new events.

Thanks, that helped but now I need more help. I transported a patient to hospital, outside the map after a car crash. Then it said something about "reanimation", what is it and how do I do it?

I have been trying to play this but it's little difficult, because I can't speak German.

Sometimes I can't find the patient. I went to the address and pressed the heal button but it says "can't find patient" or something like that.

When the patient is in the hospital yard, I take the wheelchair and push the patient to the ER but it says something about KTW and i cannot complete the mission. So I would appreciate some help with this mod.

I found an easter egg!

LAPD patrol car was parked in front of the doughnut shop. It had a suspect with it and it was meant to go to the PD.

The new map is great. Traffic jams caused by own patrolling vehicles are annoying though. Chase command is very useful. So easy to arrest a fleeing suspect. Another good addition is that when you use the rapid deployment command after extinguishing fire, firemen get back in the engine.

It would be the best that when you press go back to HQ/FD the guys would get automatically inside the car and drive away.

It's normal (but annoying).

Open metastrings.en with notepad then select everything and paste them to metastrings.xml, replacing old text. These can be found in the specs folder.

My game crashes to desktop after the animations. Before I uninstalled the game first time it crashed immediately after loading freeplay. Now it crashes before main menu.

I have Ati Radeon graphics card. I downloaded Omega drivers but there is no difference.

EDIT: I removed Omega drivers and downloaded ATI official drivers again and no the game works!

This is a very strange problem. The game crashes before 16 tons animation. I have had this problem couple of time before and the game started to work by itself after few days. I got the game work yesterday after I updated my graphics drivers. But this morning when I turned my computer on and tried to start the game, problem occurred again!
