Is this going to be for 911: first responders or for the deluxe version?

What are some good mods (That are already released)except the LA mod, that have are in English and where can i download them?

Also, is the winterberg mod in english? Where can i download it?

A .rar file is basically a .zip file, its just a folder, extract the rar file and a folder will appear, that folder will contain all of the mods files then just copy and paste the files into the necessary folders

So the necessary folders are the LA mod folders?

Also, does the map patch include the rest of the submod?

I have tried to install many different .rar submods,such as the New York Submod, and i downloaded and extracted it and when i played it after this, they were not installed. BTW, i am not familiar with .rar files.

How do you handle and install .rar submods?

PS. The extracting program i use is IZarc and i have a windows vista computer.

I have a question:

I tried downloading the 1.1 version, which i succeeded in doing. But, i am not familiar with rar files. I extracted it an placed it in the la mod folder, but when i play, the submod is not installed.

How do i work with rar files?

how do you use gimp?

For making a map... Not really ... Try GIMP that's free and quite good.

To add the buildings you need to go onto the EM4 editor that ships with the game, well at least Once you have got a map to work on

I assume you mean adding new events to freeply? It is possible but it will have to be scripted.

You can however make 'new' existing events in the editor fairly easy (e.g. add new accidents to the map, or place new fire points, etc.)

The game will be called Emergency 4 Deluxe. Its only in german but can be translated to english mostly, using the LA Mod. To get it, you buy it. Try google.
