Nice catch! You know what I find weird though? The front seat windows are tinted, the back seat windows aren't. Shouldn't it be the exact opposite way?!
Do you know which Chargers the police use? I assume they have SXTs.
Not sure about the SXT part, but Dodge has a Police Package version and they call it the Dodge Charger Pursuit which I would assume to be the only model made for police service

Was able to capture my first 2016 Ohio State highway Patrol Charger last Friday

As well as this brand new Lenco Bearcat:
Federal Bureau of Investigations(FBI) Lenco Bearcat by , on Flickr
I photographed that Lenco a few months ago in my city but couldnt find out who it belonged to until last week, When I first saw it here, it still had soap-writing in the windows marking its fresh off the production line-ness

You might have a problem if you have a low powered power supply, most mass-built computers come with a 300w power supply which will not help many video cards out there

Good for you that you finally found one but what are you buying them for? I mean it's not like you can attach it to your cars roof and then run on code 3.
I want to put it on a shelf above my computer desk and connect it to house power along with a switch controller

Found this locally for $25:
Federal Signal Smart Vector Lightbar by R Seluryar, on Flickr
For $25, I dont expect it to work properly, but with parts easy to find on ebay for now, it shouldnt be a problem to restore it.
Its a SV-A Series with 2 pods featuring 3 lights in them, one for takedown, one for alley and one for rear flasher.
I hope to restore it and then make a shelf for it to put on my wall while using a power inverter to power it off of household wall power.
I have wanted a vector or Vision bar for the last 20 years, never thought I would actually get my hands on one.
Hope to acquire a Federal Signal Vista or Streethawk next. Ultimately, I would like a Whelen Wecan compatible lightbar but those are usually selling for over $1000 used.

Got a new case today!
Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full Size Case.
Removed the second monitor due to something not playing well while extending desktop to my tv, swapped my desk with a better looking table.

Came across this cruiser today, the tinted windows confuse me. A friend mentioned it could be a K-9 car, But it lacks the traditional K-9 markings.

I believe this is a new arrival to the local fleet as it has a newer Whelen Justice lightbar on it opposed to the previous generation of lighting(Liberty or Edge?)

Have you tried the usual 'forgot my password' link? Any reputable email service will have that option along with you setting up security questions when you created the account.
Also, I urge you to go through every account you had associated with that email address right now and change the old address to your current one so this wont happen too much in the future. Make a paper list of the accounts if you have to and go through them one by one.
Last but not least, find a password management app or site that can keep track of your accounts and passwords.
