The Top Mount Engine is a mix of Bamas Montana Pierce with lights from Itchboys Ambulance, and help from tft, THVFD, and itchboy on the pump. Skinning was done by myself as well as pircing it all together with Janjua doing the lighting.

Can anyone tell me how to setup the water supply to the aerial?

Grab a hose connect to a hydrant then to the ladder 

For WNY there are a few in service here one mounted on an Engine in Erie County and another on a older truck in Niagara County so it plays oerfect fir the mod.

I wondered about with NYSP unmarked units with white lights. i saw one recently and had no idea what it was.

The story behind the mack was that she got a refit after being sold to Upper Mountain which they used for updated lighting, poly tank, new hale pump and some minor body work.

Starting to see alot of Rescue trucks with a pump on them and a small water tank perfect for car fires or PIAA's

Just a heads up, DOT runs all yellow with a blue roof now and they dont run full loghtbars. Not sure how much detail your looking for but thought you should know.

Around here Fire Police are the senior members of the fire dept that are to old to do fire fighting operations or support operations but can help with crowd, scene, and traffic control allowing them to still be active firrefighters.

Are you going to keep the pickup as a utility unit?

They just keep getting better and better, do you plan on doing the commerical chassis as well? With opening doors and such

Depending on where the animated parts are in the model file, you can copy the animation lines from the unaltered file (open it in notepad and copy the animation lines out of it).  When you complete alterations such as changing a lightbar or things of that nature that do not affect the animated portion of it, sometimes the animation will preserve and still work in spite of the alterations.  The keys are that the animated portion be at the front of the model file, and that the animation portions are un-moved from their location when altering the model.

 

If this is the case paste the animation lines you copied from the file prior to altering it back where they came from at the end of the v3o file in notepad, save the file and the animations will work if the animation is ordered correct.

MikeyPI, where are they in the v30 I am extremely interested in trying this method to retain the animations just need to know what I am looking for, thanks ahead of time for your help.

Here Fire Depts use the extended length vans as i carries manpower and equipment.

The story line for us is that River Falls needed a new Engine so they sold their Engine 4 Mack CF to Upper Mountain and used the funds to help but the Pierce Quantum. Upper Mountain took her and had her pump repaired and use it as their 2nd Due Engine.

Really glad everyone likes the skins it means tons to me when the model creators like my work it really does, thanks for the comments.

Well there is kodiak for rochester, republic steel for lackawanna, city hall for buffalo, thats a start

That is Buffalo Fire F-20 - this is the EMS Chief that reaponds on all Working fires, high level MVAs, and any call where the responding units use their onboard defib units. He also is in charge of the depts EMS training and regulations he functions similar to a Battalion Chief.

Glad everyone likes the skins, wheels will be chrome except the Mack which will be yellow as well.

The older engine went for a retro fit, which means the Town only had enough of a budget to have the tank, pump, warning lights upgraded as the body and other parts of the rig are solid.
