Well, LCPD and NYPD are the same and FDLC and FDNY are the same also.

There is basically no point in making a Liberty City mod.

Check out the NY mod or submod if you would like to play a Liberty city type mod.

Vehicles return sta 1 dont park correctly. Sta 2 ladder truck is sideways, so I cant move that or the eng, makes sta 2 not usable at all when game starts up.

Don't use the 4x4 submod with this mod.

That should fix the ladder being sideways and the vehicles not parking correctly
