Thank you for you interest in my submod - I am currently working on a version for LA Mod version 2.0.2 and hope to have it available as soon as I can sort out a few hiccups.

I am including the Additional Units submod as part of this version and have just received Occram's kind permission to use Occram's Lights in the submod.

At the moment, I am considering releasing as a complete package - so it can be installed as an additional mod and not interfere with your current version of LA Mod. This will mean that when you download it, you install with the mod installer and it is ready to go, without having to play around with files. The downside to this approach is that it will involve a rather large download. If anybody has any thoughts on this, please let me know.

Now this is an old pic of LAPD Bomb Squad(obviously) but I have noticed that until the past few years, this utility body has been very popular with bomb squads. Any particular reason?

I would imagine it is because they are durable and long lasting- I know for our EMS squad we have a utility body that a lot of departments use just because it is affordable and lasts a good amount of time

just downloaded it and played for 3 hours straight!! great job on it shane, its great, the only thing is that it seems that the ambulance in station 2's rear lightbar doesnt "flash" or turn on and the brush truck at station 2 doesnt have a return to station command?? And a quick suggestion: Id love to see another battalion added to station 2, seems like there should be more than one for the whole city. Great submod and great idea with the captains of the trucks- so realistic

Xplorer4x4- Does this work with your submod? I like your mod a lot and you did a very nice job. But i was curious of i could get these lights with yours..?

The thing above the lightbar is an airconditioner for the rear cab of the ambulance

1) the state made it much easier and you don't have to put it up.

2) To post a picture, you either have to guess the previous one correctly or wait until the 24 hour time limit is up for the current person's turn to be up.

I beat this mission with a 99% rating. You just have to know what's coming, send the right units, and act quickly.

nice..I finished it with a 89%.. I only have 100% in the hijacking one, tire yard fire, and crane fallen on church.

This is LA mod related... Not the base game. However the oil is by the hangars to the North and the elecrtical box is in the terminal.

hard to see..but wild guess: air life denver- services denver and outskirt cities- stationed at centennial airport in colorado

I have shut off the electricity to the airport but it says I still need to turn of the oil and I cannot find the place to do it.

ok thanks for the help..one more question so do i copy the vehicles part of the submod and paste it to the vehicles of the la mod? because i have tried that and everytime it just drops the folder in with the vehicles

So I am looking to download occrams lighting submod for the los angles mod. I am not very good with downloading mods and I have folowed the directions that were given for the submod and still cannot figure it out. It says for windows xp ( which I have) I should copy it and then overwrite it but I am unable to find the overwrite option.

i have windows xp and i can get into the game from my c drive and all of that but i dont see a " overwrite" option like you had said in the directions for download. I may be missing it because i am not to great with all of the downloading stuff.
