It is summer and time to learn a new skill... scripting ! I am going to experiment on Hoppah's LA mod. First off what is a good script editing, writing program that is free? or can it just be done in like notebook? As I work and experiment I plan to post problems and hope for solutions. Okay so I downloaded ShaneGreens LA mod submod 1.9.3 and put it on v2.0 and found I didnt like it as much as I thought I would, so I wanted to remove it. I uninstalled it and deleted the left over files. I went to reinstall LA mod V2.0 and opened it and what do ya know it was ShaneGreens mod. So how do I get rid of it? Thanks, USman

I was thinking today how awesome it would be to have a limited water supply on trucks! I do not know how to script but was wondering if it would be possible? My idea was to take the blue count down bar from the engineer and placing that on a truck. Then when the bar ran out (with the predertimined time) the water cannon would be disabled. Then you would have to find another sorce be it a hydryant, tanker, or porta pool. then at the station the bar would slowly refill between fires, or you could also hook it to hydrant if you wanted to. Again I do not know how to script and am just spit balling but I think it sounds somewhat reasonable. Thanks for reading, USman

I can not wait for these programs! When I found out that you could make your own mod I was all gun ho.... but now I see the hardware i a little on the expensive side for someone in highschool and you almost have to be a computer wiz to know how to do it lol. So hopefully this will simplify it a little! Thanks can't wait! P.S. I would offer my help if I knew how to do anything srry

Right now I am a sophmore in high school ( taking college classes) but plan to go to Iowa State University to study aeronautical engineering oh and to be a certified EMT propably at Iowa then move home and join the fire department. got it all planed out!

I live in rural Iowa and therefore would like to create a rural map. There is one major problem with this.... i dont know how. If I could get a few excellent tutorials that would br great. I am not a computer wiz and am a total beginner at this.
