I got back after I had to take care of some business, and the vehicles don't work. In fact, the NPC's you can control, aren't working either. I observed the actions bar is not filled up when you click on a unit. I can't be on the PC for long, so reply to my email as it is way more convenient for me. russellhaskins047@gmail.com is my email.
