    yes, i had dragged the Harbor city 5 mod file into the "mods" file in the em4 folder, and even reinstalled the mod several times.
  2. SCREAM
    I load the mod into the game, i choose the mod from the list, and load it up, but it just brings me back the main game, it even shows the black screen to show that it is loading the mod, but it keeps the unmodded game files
