So sorry it's just that I don't know how to make mods without people telling me what to do and when I look at other mods, how do they make the skins, cars and everything else?

Please tell me how to do it then I will do my own cars.

so sorry but i could help a little, i also have tests coming up this month but i could helpand progress it with u a bit.

it is still ok if the mod does not turn to become a mod becauser we still have Essex mod which is around the same and a couple other mods coming out also england mod is a bit the same

All right but I need help with the skins. I also dont know how to right or speak arabic, i am english. the police, fire, ambulances dont have arabic wrighting, all it would say in big writing is POLICE CIVIL DEFENCE as fire and AMBULANCE.

U right i havent made a mod before but i think it would be good to start as it is a middle job.

I can see the ambulance heli every day as an accident will also happen. I u think it will work I will start TOMMOROW

The Mets Dog Section VW Passats are all getting replaced by the Mondeo Estates, so shouldn't you really update that?
