I literally said how I was in campaign mode. The only 'Campaign Mission' there is, is called "Freeplay"

Whenever I try to save the game in Campaign -> Freemode the game crashes. It brings up error messages. It 'Saves' but when I load the save the same error messages pop up, hitting "Retry" doesnt seem to do anything, and when it finally loads I have no UI and can select unis.

I don't know why or how, but it seems whenever I play with friends on any mod and I'm controlling police, I'll tell my officers to chase a suspect/vehicle and when they get to the suspect/the vehicle, when they get out, they are virtually non-existent for me. My friends and others can see them perfectly fine. However, if I spawn a cop, and tell them to get out, I can see them. I'll tell them to get back in and patrol. I'll have them chase a suspect and when they catch him. they wont appear outside the car for me, instead, they will be wherever they got out of the car last. Example: I'll spawn a cop and tell him to get out at a hotel or parking lot and then tell them to get back in. On the other side of the map they get out to arrest somebody, and they appear in front of the shop/parking lot in the spot they were standing, not at the police car. If I don't do this and they get out to arrest someone, they will not appear anywhere on the map for me. Does anybody know how to fix this? The attached file is a in-game screenshot. my friend said one of my cops was blocking the road and standing in front of the red car. I can not see him.
