The button on the left will simply spawn the vehicle (make it appear on the map). If you click on the button on the right and then right-click a location then it will both spawn the vehicle and send it to where you clicked.

I am sorry that you're irritated about this. I think that you should take some screen shots with Fraps or some photo program so I can actually see what's going on. Take a pic on the file that it is in and then the inside of the file and stuff like that. If this doesn't solve your issue I would talk to someone on Gamefly about getting your money back and then go on Amazon and get Em4 or 911:First Responders(American Version). The ones on Amazon will let you mod them and they should have a mod installer and editor. Zach
