    Description:  A program for importing/exporting the mesh and texture files from NFS 4 VIV files.  In addition, it includes a FEDATA editor, a sound editor, and a performance (CARP.TXT) editor.  Can also import/export all other files in the VIV file as well.

  10. Car Manager Utility

    Description:  A program for managing your cars.  Very useful if you have more than 50 cars, it allows you to create groups of up to 50 cars, and lets you switch between groups.  More info available in the README and HELP files.  Run CARMAN12.EXE to install, then put the CARMAN12_FIX.EXE file in your Car Manager folder and run it to install the fix.

    Description:  A program for editing NFS 3 and NFS 4 mesh (FCE) files.  You can also change FCE colors and edit dummies with it also.  You'll need NFS Wizard to extract the FCE files from the CAR.VIV file.  Version 1.43 was the last version have a function to delete polygons, as version 1.5 does not have this option.  Also includes FCETweak, a separate program which allows you to change normals, edit polygon flags, and fuse parts together.
