You all are permitted to ONE posted topic which states what your particular clan is about and what you are offering, IF people wish to join they have such an option via your topic. Posting in ALL "looking" for games topics your same recruitment speeches is excessive, and is realistically SPAM. If these users wished to join a clan they can very easilly find your topics in the multiplayer listings so refrain from posting your same advertisements in EVERY topic. Perhaps these people just want a game from time to time and do NOT wish to join a clan.
"Bumping" of topics: You are permitted to bump a topic every 2-3 weeks if nobody replies to it, you can not simply restate the same thing over and over again repeatedly just to bump the topic. If you bump appropriately no actions will be taken and your topic and your warning status will stay happy.. Use common sense.
