So, I got the editor to open, but it only shows the menus! It doesnt show the 'tool bar' that I need to use... to like load a map, etc.

Hello Ya'll! I am kinda new to this forums, but I have been playing EM4 for a while now, with several awesome mods, besides the point... how do I get into the game editor via WINDOWS 8.1. I have looked at youtube videos, but none of them help me. For example, you have to edit the source URL, which I cannot find in my properties. Help please? Thanks!

What is the download link, because on the first post the so-called download links lead me to a spam & virus site.
